Administrative Appeals and Disciplinary Matters

In a world where government often accepts mediocrity (“that’s ok for government work”), and considers it quality work, the government or quasi government agency that seeks to discipline is often doing it for all of the wrong reasons. It is for this and a variety of other more personal reasons that I choose to represent individuals who find themselves mired in administrative matters. Most interesting and compelling to me are matters brought by government to discipline or discharge employees.

I will also represent other Connecticut attorneys in matters brought against them by the statewide grievance committee. The underlying factors surrounding professional discipline itself, the complaints, motivation and source of those complaints; as well as the procedures and even those who facilitate that process can be irksome, troubling and certainly disheartening. It is for these reasons that I have chosen to represent fellow counsel in such matters.
